CITY OF EXETER, DEVON, ENGLAND.

Historic.

I arrived by train at Exeter St.Davids railway station, no hotel booking so went to the nearby Great Western hotel. A bit scruffy outside, ok inside. Friendly place. I live in a historic city,so know what too expect, Exeter did not let me down. Exeter is a smallish city, with a Cathedral in Devon in the Southwest of England. Located on the River Exe. Dating from before Roman time Exeter has much history.EXETER DEVON..Down by the riverside. of River Exe.
